Honestly, the staff’s kindness was the worst. I have so much I want to say. After the surgery, when they were putting on the compression garment, they woke me up and I was in pain, but they kept acting annoyed. When I asked them to be a little gentler or kinder, they said, “Then please just stay still.” ..And the director was kind. The surgery result was an overcorrection, so the line completely broke down. So I’m now looking into a third revision at another hospital. But that part... well, I pushed it too far myself, so I don’t blame the clinic for that. I’m just surprised that the staff kindness rating here is over 4. Across all hospitals, not just plastic surgery clinics, these staff members were the most unfriendly, snappish, and upsetting.
