First walk-in visit for first double eyelid surgery Visited with a prior appointment on a weekday afternoon. Purpose: first double eyelid surgery (to resolve the double crease) + back canthoplasty consultation. My eyes were originally monolids, but due to habits like using eyelid tape and aging, I developed a double crease and a thick, dark outer line. Protruding eyes with thin skin. No prior plastic surgery experience. The consultation flow was manager -> doctor (director) -> manager. Compared with a wait of 40 minutes to 1 hour, the director's consultation felt very short at about 5 minutes, and they came in quickly in surgical scrubs, explained things quickly, and left like the wind, so I couldn't ask enough questions. That was disappointing The surgery the director suggested was incisional double eyelid surgery + upper eyelid fat repositioning + ptosis correction. Considering the peak season, the consultation time was so short that the amount of information I got and my satisfaction were low, and I was left with disappointment and dissatisfaction. Still, they weren't rude, and the manager was kind, so overall I did feel they were professional. I visited on a day with a lot of waiting because it was peak season, so that was disappointing. If I had had more time and room during the consultation, I think I could have gotten more information and decided, but I'm still out there visiting clinics
