I called to ask whether I could move my consultation reservation earlier, but no matter how many times I called, no one ever answered. When I went to the hospital, they said there were five staff members but the phone department was separate, so it wasn’t something they knew about. I said I’d come back at the scheduled time, but then I thought that if post-op inquiries or after-sales service are handled like this too, this is definitely not a place I should go to at all. So I didn’t go for the consultation, and in the end I never received any call back. I don’t know how many surgeries they do, but it was enough to make me feel lucky not to be involved with a place like that...
