When I visited a few years ago, I went in for acne extraction and scaling, so I did not see a doctor. The skin care specialist had clearly not been properly trained, because nothing was extracted at all, and both the scaling and cryo were done carelessly.. everything was done carelessly. And although from the outside it looks like it's on a high floor with a pretty view and clean facilities, once you actually go inside the treatment room, it was an old, dirty bed and a cramped space with beds packed tightly together without even curtains or partitions, so it was an environment that felt extremely unpleasant. There wasn't even a separate powder room, so after the treatment I had to go out without being able to fix my hair, just in a messy state. And the most disappointing thing of all was that the general manager? or maybe the doctor's wife? shouted at the staff at the desk even though there were people all around, because the employee had apparently made some mistake.. Seeing that, I just decided I would never come back again^^
