It's an assembly-line style place and I got underarm + arm treatments. I'm satisfied that the waiting room and changing area are well set up, but it's hard to make a reservation, and even when I do, I still have to wait for tens of minutes, so it's annoying. And it doesn't feel like they use a new-style hair removal machine... Maybe it's different for people who don't have much hair, but if your hair is thicker and more abundant, I think the money-saving move is to pay a bit more and go to a place with decent machines and positive reviews. I don't agree with the saying that for hair removal, the best value is going to a cheap assembly-line place and getting a lot done there, at least not in my case
