I had ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty with incision about 10 years ago. Right after the double eyelid surgery, the back part of one line came undone, so I got aftercare immediately, but it came undone again. I figured it was just my skin quality and kept living with it, but after reading the reviews here, it seems a lot of people had it come undone too. The eye-opening correction also ended up uneven, but there wasn't a big difference, so I just live with it. The epicanthoplasty was also uneven, and I looked into it, but the risk burden of re-opening the inner corner or doing another canthoplasty was too big, so I'm just living with it.. I really liked the line after the double eyelid surgery, and it became truly natural so nobody noticed. But when I closed my eyes, the epicanthoplasty scar.. In the end, even the eye that hadn't come undone became a hidden double eyelid, so I got revision surgery in Seoul. They cut out all the scars. My friend who had surgery with me also ended up with hidden double eyelids. But it doesn't seem like hers came undone.. The line and fixation were really natural, so I wonder if I wouldn't have needed revision surgery if it hadn't come undone
