The place felt a lot like a regular hospital. There were quite a few people waiting, and I was able to consult with the director’s manager right away without waiting, but I had to wait a bit to consult with the director. They answered my questions about surgery in detail, but I was disappointed that the overall consultation time was short. Still, I liked that the manager organized everything in detail.
