They were kind, but didn't really feel very professional. They were younger than I expected and very tall and slim, so I asked if they had gotten surgery here, and they honestly said they hadn't. They repeated the information listed on the website, and had a slightly youthful manager vibe. Then the director came in and I listened to the explanation. It felt kind of like talking to my dad or a university professor. Well, depending on what kind of home environment or professor it is, but they felt like a professor in a properly specialized field, more like an older professor than someone especially warm and friendly.. I was going to do it here because of their career, surgical method, and whether they use compression garments, but the consultation with the director made me really worried..
