The director was extremely kind and explained everything in great detail. He explained it like giving a presentation with a PPT, and it cleared up all my questions. The manager was kind too. Since it involved the breasts, I was careful and their considerate attitude left an impression. Valet parking was convenient, and the facility was clean with a large-hospital feel. It felt a bit factory-like (?) so I decided not to go ahead with surgery
