I had a consultation about 3 years ago The doctor seemed to prefer a line where the bridge goes in and out along the forehead, which was similar to the style I like They said to smooth the dorsal hump and use ear cartilage for the tip of the nose, and because my nose droops, at first they said it would have to be lifted quite a bit. The consultant also said my columella is short, so it probably can't be lifted that much... In the end I only had the consultation back then and didn't actually get the nose surgery because of my schedule, but I remember the doctor being the kind I could trust...
