Before the procedure, I had to wait after applying numbing cream, and during that time they briefly explained how it would be done. Once it started, the heat felt pretty strong, and each area felt different, but the part under the jaw was the most noticeable. It was bearable, but it wasn't what I'd call refreshing or pleasant. It was just the kind of procedure you endure until it's over. Afterward, my face felt a bit flushed, so I washed my face gently that evening. There wasn't much swelling, and I didn't really have any discomfort the next day. They said the effect isn't easy to see right away and appears gradually, so I'm still watching it, but so far it feels more like my skin has been a bit refined rather than there being a dramatic change.
