There is a 10,000 won consultation fee. I saw the manager first, and they showed me a whole series of before photos before I went to see the doctor for an ultrasound. They explained the thickness of the fat, and then in the manager’s room they stood me in front of the mirror and showed me what it would look like, saying this is roughly how much they’d remove. The doctor seemed nice. They said they could take 1,300cc from my arms, but another clinic said about 1,000cc... It felt like they were intentionally quoting more...? Then during the manager consultation, they said there’s an extra charge for anything over 1,200cc, but if I booked that day they wouldn’t charge the extra fee, so there was some pressure to reserve. And it was obvious I had scapular prominence, and the doctor also said it would be better to do it, but the manager told me not to. Maybe they adjusted the amount to match the low 2 million won range I had in mind? I’m not sure. The manager’s consultation wasn’t very detailed. I just didn’t get a feeling for it, so I went to another clinic.
