I'm 7 months post-op from mouth-corner and outer philtrum reduction surgery. I didn't do any laser treatment or extra care separately, and there is almost no scar. You have to look closely to see it faintly? So after surgery I didn't go in for follow-up care separately, and I didn't get the free laser treatment either. The disappointing part is that the effect isn't that big. Honestly, I can't really tell what changed. I guess with this kind of surgery, if you want it to be noticeable, you have to accept a scar, and if you want the scar to not show, the effect gets smaller.. Still, the director is extremely kind and doesn't get annoyed even when I ask questions about other surgeries, and answers kindly. But if you really want this surgery to be effective, I think it would be better for people who are willing to accept a big scar.
