Got a plan for a first-nose surgery based on no-implant methods. Donor rib / autologous rib cartilage available. Price was about 3.5 million for donor rib, about 5.5 million for autologous rib. Price includes review conditions. Sedation anesthesia, but not an anesthesiologist on site. The manager was extremely kind and the facility was extremely clean, but the director really talked a lot hahaha
