First of all, the staff were extremely kind and the inside was clean and comfortable. The manager explained the surgery in detail first, and when I had my consultation with the doctor, he carefully adjusted the line. He kept asking questions until the line he made matched the line I wanted. He didn’t pressure me into any unnecessary procedures at all, and the price was exactly what I expected, which I liked. Both the doctor and the manager spoke well and seemed to understand the customer’s needs, so I felt I could trust them. They said they limit surgery to two cases a day, so it didn’t seem factory-like.
