The waiting time is so long that reservations are meaningless I went there for about 2 years while buying membership passes, and there were many times I waited 2 hours. What is really annoying is that even though you're waiting that long, they still don't add more parking. They only let you in after you complain, and that was the most stressful part. If I went in according to my scheduled reservation time but the procedure ran long and I went over the parking support time, fine, okay. (Actually, I do think they should support parking for the whole time you're getting the procedure.) But even when I was there at my reservation time, having to wait an hour and a half or two hours and then being told to pay parking myself was really infuriating. And the membership pass.. I ended up getting one because while going there I found a doctor who was good at procedures. This place is factory-style, so if you don't pick a doctor, the result is hit or miss. For example, I bought a 200 membership pass and was going there with a selected doctor, but suddenly they said only passes from 300 and up could choose a doctor and that I couldn't select one anymore (?). Wasn't the point that they should keep letting me do it until I use up the whole membership pass? There are all sorts of complaints, but I still kept going because.. the location was unbelievably convenient, the clinic facilities were not bad, and I was reasonably satisfied with the procedures. Most of the staff were also kind.
