I had Shrink 300 shots and fat-dissolving injections, and Shrink made the area under my chin look neat and good. After I decided on the procedure with the counselor and paid, there was no real doctor examination or counseling, and the treatment started right away, so I would recommend it for people who already know exactly what they want, but if you don't, I'd recommend a hospital where you can get proper doctor counseling.
