I waited for an hour and a half, and I was left alone in the consultation room for at least 30 minutes while they kept saying the doctor would be here soon. At first they called me to some weird place and I sat there blankly for 20 minutes. The doctor still hadn't come, so I went out about three times in between and asked them to check, but all they said was that he would be here soon.. At the end, when I went out and asked when he would actually come, they suddenly said another patient's surgery was delayed and that after the surgery was over he could see me, so I should wait another hour and a half, like wtf. Earlier when I asked after going out, they said he would come right after finishing with another patient's consultation, and then they changed their story. I have no idea what was true. It seems like a place that's good at making people look stupid. I just wasted my time and left angry. If they're that busy, they should adjust the consultation schedule properly. They even made a confirmation call the day before, but when I actually went there, it seems like you need to budget an hour and a half to three hours just for waiting. Legendary service ;; Don't waste your time, everyone.
