He analyzed why my nose looks long after the first surgery, my original nose shape, the nose shape that suits me, and even why the previous shorter shape still suited me, etc. He seems to pursue a thick, rounded, natural-beauty type of nose (I pursue that too...) He said he absolutely does not use foreign material and uses ear cartilage and temporal fascia, so he said it would still allow me to move my nose later... When he showed the before-and-after photos, they were so shockingly natural and exactly the kind of result I want. The only thing I was disappointed about is that I wish he had explained it while drawing it out for me, even just with a sketch, but there was nothing like that, so that was disappointing ..
