I was surprised that the estimate came out much higher than I expected. I liked that the director clearly told me which parts could be done and which parts could not. They also show you roughly how much change there will be after surgery with Photoshop. The staff are kind. The consultation manager seems very knowledgeable because they've been there a long time. I liked that they guarantee one year of aftercare after surgery and that they offer oxygen therapy. However, every time I go, the waiting time is incredibly long, so I definitely have to leave plenty of time. There was a time when I was delayed by 2 hours past the scheduled time.
