I visited after going around to several places for consultations because of my cheekbones. First of all, the manager and the director were kind, which was nice, and the atmosphere made it easy to ask questions. In my case, I was told they would reduce it by about 6 mm, and the surgery method was said to be L-shaped osteotomy. I was also told the fixation would be upward fixation, and that it seemed like a double fixation. Regarding sagging, they said that based on my skin and facial condition, it probably wouldn’t be something to worry about too much, and explained that if I have the surgery, it’s a face shape where I’ll clearly see the effect. They also said that after the cheekbone surgery, if necessary, we could consider buccal fat removal while checking my condition. Overall, the consultation didn’t feel pushy at all, and the general impression was that it would be a good case in terms of effect and that sagging wouldn’t be something to worry about too much. Lastly, I was happiest that they didn’t pressure me for a deposit.
