When I visited, the staff were just average in terms of kindness. The manager had exactly that standard business-like tone you'd expect from someone in that role when dealing with a patient considering plastic surgery lol After the manager consultation, I saw the director. The director was kind and explained things in detail. He talked while looking at the CT about how the square jaw surgery would be done, and even said my face would not look pretty if it were overdone, so he gave me a comfortable consultation without over-treating.^^ After the director's consultation, I met the manager again and got the price information before leaving.
