I had incision surgery and epicanthoplasty more than 10 years ago, and it’s still holding up well. I was a little worried about the epicanthoplasty, but it ended up looking almost like nothing was done, with not much difference, which I actually like, though if you look very closely there seems to be a tiny white scar. I think the surgery took less than an hour, and since it was an incision, I was pretty swollen, but the line came out pretty much as I wanted and looked nice. They didn’t have me open my eyes in the middle to check and adjust the line, so I had some doubts, but a friend who had it done with me said they did check hers, so I guess it varies by person.
