You can't make an appointment and just have to walk in for a consultation, and you can't consult with a doctor, only with the manager, who says things as if everything is definitely going to work out. They also say that without a doctor consultation, you can just look on the same day and go straight into surgery. And since this is my first surgery, I want natural adhesion rather than an incision, but they keep saying I absolutely have to get an incision, so I probably won't do it here. But a friend had it done here a few years ago and it turned out really well, so I'm a bit conflicted... Still, it's a little uncomfortable that there isn't a consultation with the director.
