If you make a phone reservation, you can have a consultation with the director, but because I was in a hurry I booked with the manager instead. The level of expertise was a bit lower, but there wasn’t really any difference from other clinics in terms of whether eye muscle correction was needed or whether an incision was necessary, so I don’t think the consultation was wrong. They did shape the line for me, but maybe because I’m not good at explaining myself, it felt like they didn’t quite understand what I wanted I was a little disappointed, so if I have time I’d like to rebook for a consultation with the director, and I think everyone should make a phone reservation for the director’s consultation if possible before going.
