I booked a consultation with the chief director at GJd and visited. When I checked in at the desk, I overheard staff members next to me whispering, “The director went into surgery? But there’s a consultation?” I figured it must be another director and waited. During the consultation with the manager, they kept recommending that for eye surgery these days, instead of the GJd director, I should see the GDK director, saying the GDK director was more popular. It made me think the director I heard about at the desk must have been GJd, so I decided to consult with the GDK director first. The director’s consultation itself was kind and thorough, and while other clinics all talked about incision, here they recommended natural adhesion. When I asked why, they said because it was my first surgery and, thinking about 10 years later, they recommended a non-incisional method. I liked that they were considering the future. Still, because of poor schedule management at the clinic, the manager’s handling, and the fact that they charged separately for the epicanthoplasty and upper canthoplasty, my impression wasn’t very good.
