I’m 90 percent satisfied with my nose surgery done without implants and without shaving down the hump. The 10 percent is regret that I should have put in just a little silicone for the bridge and lowered the tip height just a bit! But even if I went back, I don’t think I’d put in silicone again(?). They used donated rib cartilage for support and ear cartilage at the tip of the nose. The swelling was very minimal, and compared with other clinics, they didn’t pack my nose with gauze, so recovery was extremely easy and fast. After a month I could basically go back to normal life freely, and even now, 2-3 years later, the tip still hasn’t drooped and the shape is maintained. + People seeing me for the first time can’t tell.
