I went for a consultation for my mom's middle-aged eye surgery (revision), and both the doctor and the consultation manager were kind, so it was good. I had originally gone thinking only about one double-eyelid revision, but they said that instead of doing double-eyelid surgery, I would need three procedures: forehead lift, upper blepharoplasty, and eye-opening correction, which surprised me. But they explained in detail why it had to be done that way (they said a double eyelid wasn't possible because the distance between the eyes and eyebrows was too short... my mom's eyelids were already quite saggy too), so I felt reassured and finally decided to have the surgery at Wink Plastic Surgery!!
