I had nostril reduction and alar lift, but because of the thread tied inside, smiling feels unnatural. They just took the big nostrils and cut them down horizontally and attached them, so it feels awkward. I suffered from the thread pulling for 2 years, and now I’m suffering from the shape. I’m looking for another clinic now to get alar lift with nostril widening surgery,, I had the alar lift done here, but I don’t even know if the lifting effect was good, and I regret getting the nostril reduction. Then I heard the clinic has now closed, so I’m angry. I saw a post before from someone suffering like this, and I really feel the same pain as that person. I want to pull the thread out from inside so badly. Even my nostrils are uneven.
