I wanted a natural look and no implant, so that was my preference. The explanation was fairly detailed, but they said that if I wanted to look prettier, an option would be to add 2-3 mm of silicone. They explained that they could use as much as possible from the septum first, and if that wasn't enough, donor rib cartilage plus ear cartilage could be used. There were quite a lot of patients waiting, and it looked like there were many foreign patients too. They didn't charge a consultation fee, and there was no pressure to leave a deposit. However, there was some room for choosing whether to use silicone on the day of surgery, and there were so many options that it was hard to decide. They were kind, but they didn't take a CT scan, and the explanation wasn't very detailed. I guess that was because they had a lot of surgical patients, but that still didn't give me confidence, which was disappointing.
