When I went in for a consultation... this was the only clinic among all the ones I visited that charged a consultation fee, and the consultation itself didn’t even take a full minute. The director’s remarks didn’t add up to five sentences, and rather than responding based on what I said, they were stating their own opinion. Of course it was based on their expertise, but it felt like my preferences were being taken into account a little less. They do answer if you ask questions, but if you’re going for a consultation, I think you really need to organize all the questions you want to ask beforehand.
