I went a few times because it's close, but it was truly a mess. The desk staff were rude, and in the treatment room the staff kept chatting about random things during the session, stopping what they were doing to talk for ages before continuing again. It was like that over and over. When I was being moved for the procedure, they suddenly opened the door even though the previous person's hair-removal treatment hadn't even finished yet, so I saw something I didn't need to see. They rushed me out and I had the procedure lying on a bed that hadn't even been cleaned up yet. The doctor just explained the treatment like reading from a script and then went straight into it. After the laser treatment, I suddenly got a crazy amount of acne in the treated area, so I came back, and they just told me to get a pack mask and go home.
