I was really careful because this was a revision surgery consultation, but overall I was disappointed with how they responded. I got the feeling that both the staff and the manager were a little annoyed, and there was a lack of attentiveness and consideration for revision patients. Revision surgery costs more than the first surgery, and from the patient’s perspective the anxiety is much greater, but the consultation felt too short and brushed off too lightly. Even though I came in and immediately set a surgery date, they didn’t look at things more carefully; honestly, it felt like they were being even more careless, which made me lose trust. The doctor’s consultation was also way too short, so I didn’t even have time to ask proper questions. It just felt like they glanced at me briefly and said, “Yes, we can do it,” and that was it. I know it’s a famous clinic, but I hope they stop treating patients like nothing but money and think one more time about why they came here for revision surgery in the first place. For people who come with a really desperate heart, I think a more sincere consultation and more careful explanations are needed.
