At first, I felt like the manager was less kind and more somewhat pushy And the director didn’t really give the feeling of “we can definitely remove everything,” and also seemed a bit tired, though still kind. I don’t think they did ultrasound separately, and it seemed like they just looked and said something like, “This is about how much is satisfied, this is about how much it will be.” The clinic facilities were really good, and there seemed to be a slight push to pay a deposit I got my refund back well, but it seems like some people didn’t, so you need to check the contract
