Every time I go, I lose at least two hours just waiting. Director Kim Hong-dal has kept the same clinic name and has been running it as Biome for a long time. He's rude and not the type who communicates well. The staff are still kind? I think, at least. I kept going because the director seemed skilled, but the long wait times and the discomfort of being treated like someone beneath him, as if I'd done something wrong to him, eventually made me stop going. He does seem to have skill. But there are plenty of other clinics that are skilled, kind, and manage appointment times well.
