The doctor who did the ultrasound and the doctor who performed the surgery were both extremely kind, but the staff had some variation. Some were kind, and some were curt... Even though gynecomastia is classified as cosmetic surgery, there are medical diagnostic criteria and the surgery itself is pretty much fixed, so the manager consultation felt a bit improvised and rough around the edges. I feel like we spent more time talking about how to process the actual expense claim and similar financial details. The consultation with the doctor also wasn't extremely detailed, but if I asked about something, they explained it kindly. Since it's a network hospital, the facilities were nice and the compression garment and aftercare kit system was organized, so that was convenient~
