I had double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty because I had severe pseudoptosis and a wide glabella. Other clinics recommended ptosis correction or forehead lift, but here there was no upselling, and even though it’s a clinic famous for revision surgery, it was the cheapest. The doctor also seemed to prefer a natural look, and since it’s a one-doctor eye specialty clinic, I thought there wouldn’t be any functional issues if I had it done here, so I went ahead. The consultation wasn’t especially detailed or friendly. The surgery turned out really well. The doctor even told me my eyes had become twice as big, and said they hadn’t expected them to get this much larger. In particular, the epicanthoplasty was not overdone and was opened just right, which I liked. The double eyelid line also started high and turned out similar to the reference photo I brought, with a high in-line, so I’m satisfied. But as time passes, the line gets too thin and it feels like I could end up with no double eyelid.. It’s not perfectly symmetrical either. Still, the before-and-after difference is huge, so I am satisfied. There is a bit of scarring from the incision, but the epicanthoplasty scar isn’t very noticeable. For aftercare, they squeezed out a milia cyst I got and also did swelling laser, which was nice. I’m moderately satisfied, but I don’t know about other cases. Make sure to research a lot online and in person before deciding. Oh, the original price was 2.5 million won, but if you agree to partial photo consent and write reviews twice on two platforms, they give a 300,000 won discount. But I had already posted on other platforms and submitted those, and I’m writing on this platform because I’ve gotten a lot of help here, not because it’s a paid job.
