42,900 won includes 10% VAT. There is no retouch. For the contour injection, you can choose the area to get it: chin or double chin. They just said this was one of the available options and didn't pressure me. Since I was only getting Botox and the contour injection, I didn't really have a consultation. I was worried because there were quite a few reviews saying they were unfriendly, but everyone was kind. They explained the precautions in great detail, which was nice. The contour injection and Botox package is cost-effective, and they were kind, so I think I'll keep going there!
