The director was kind, and I could feel that he had such a warm heart. I was so envious of his family that I thought I wished I had a father like that. Because of that, his family-like way of working really came through, and I felt very grateful that someone like this is a doctor. The managers were all kind and pretty too. It can’t be easy to put all those blog posts up one by one with explanations for patients like that, so I was truly grateful for the passion devoted entirely to patients, and I was very grateful to be the beneficiary of it. I had been struggling alone with side effects from a surgery I got long ago after being scared by a dentist. At other places, they tend to avoid mentioning it and instead kind of blame the patient with a nuance like, “You asked for it to be made that way, so that’s why it ended up like that, right?” But here, the director actually found the wrong surgery first, empathized with me, and got angry on my behalf, which was really healing. I’ll get it from the surgeon who performs the operation. Thank you.
