I signed up for 10 sessions of full-face hair removal with GentleMax Pro Plus. I was very satisfied with how kind the staff were and with the consultation manager. There was no aggressive selling at all, and even when I said no to something, they didn’t push again or try to steer me into it. I liked that there was absolutely no pressure to add more procedures. The facility was comfortable, and I was satisfied that I could receive even a simple hair-removal treatment in a private room. Without me even having to ask, they removed hair from small areas like the eyebrows, eyelids, and around the eyes too, which was nice. Even though it’s a factory-style clinic, they said that once one doctor is assigned to you, they basically don’t change for the 10 sessions until you use them all up, which I also liked. It’s been about 2 weeks since the treatment, and the fine hair has definitely decreased, and the thicker hairs are steadily shedding, so I’m clearly seeing the effect. One thing, during the pre-consultation I mentioned my previous hair-removal treatment history and the number of sessions, but the doctor asked me again during the procedure. It seems the information didn’t get passed on. There may be system reasons for that, and it was a simple procedure and not very important information, so I understand, but people who need to be careful should probably tell the doctor again right before the procedure even if they already mentioned it during the consultation.
