I went with high expectations because it seemed like a place famous for special-area Botox. I got nose-slimming injections and Botox, but since my nose shape seemed like it wouldn't need the slimming shot, I just got Botox. But since it's that area, it hurts very, very, very, very much. The doctor and the person assisting the procedure both said it would hurt a lot, and it was injected about 4 times. The first two were truly painful, but after the injections I didn't get the result I wanted. I couldn't feel any change in my nostrils. It feels like I just bought pain with my money, but maybe my nose just wasn't the right fit, and I think people with a lot of fat would probably see an effect.
