It's been over 3 months since the surgery, and this is my overall summary of what I felt while going around to other hospitals for procedures and consultations. 1. Aftercare and consultations are more thorough than other places, and communication with the assigned director is fairly smooth. 2. The facilities are well equipped (private recovery room for surgery / companion waiting area) There is a separate floor for surgical recovery. The hospital interior is also well done. It feels luxurious. You might wonder if I really pay attention to things like this, but personally I think aesthetics are important too 3. The doctor is very kind. Anyone who has been to other places will know It's really hard to find a doctor who is kind and attentive... The price can be higher than other places. But when you consider the facilities and aftercare, I actually think it's reasonable. I'm the kind of person who always avoids large/factory-style hospitals, because the difference shows in places like this. It was a somewhat difficult case for surgery + there were a few difficulties before and after surgery, but every time I went, I had an in-person consultation, they looked at my eyes, and asked if I had any questions. The surgery turned out well, and people around me keep saying it looks good. I'm not at an age where I have many people to recommend it to, though But if someone asked, I'd be willing to recommend it. It's a place with more middle and high school students, people coming for revision surgery, and foreigners than I expected.
