After the Ulthera consultation, honestly I felt a bit hollow. Rather than explaining based on my face’s actual condition like I expected, it felt more like I came away after hearing a pre-set explanation. Instead of directly comparing and showing my skin laxity or thickness, they mostly said things like everyone gets Ulthera at this level, so it felt more like a suggestion than persuasion. They also only briefly touched on pain and side effects, which actually made me more curious, and they weren’t clear about why the shot count and cost were set that way. Overall, it felt like a consultation where you get pushed by the atmosphere into making a choice rather than understanding everything well enough to decide, so I’d say it’s not recommended for cautious people.
