I got a consultation for revision surgery to raise the incisional line, and they clearly told me what was and wasn't possible with my current eye condition, and they didn't add any unnecessary procedures, so as a patient, I had a good consultation. During the consultation I could feel that they were professional and very experienced. But I was a bit surprised when they said same-day surgery was also possible. I also felt that the consultation with the manager was professional and good.
