I went through a referral from someone I know, and there were so many staff and doctors that it was a big hospital. Honestly, it felt like a factory, and even though I had a reservation, the waiting time was extremely long. When I asked when I could go in, they told me to go to another hospital if I had another reservation, so I came back an hour later and then it was okay. At first the manager is extremely kind, but starting from the moment the deposit is mentioned, her expression changes and her attitude changes too. That made me feel she was unfriendly. Other reviews also said there was pressure about the deposit, and that was really true. If you don't decide on the day, they say you'll have to pay 30 more when you book again later, so I hesitated and left. The doctor was kind and also seemed professional.
