First of all, there was no wait when I went, but compared with other clinics, the front desk staff and the CT staff were a bit cold. I personally also felt the consultation manager was less friendly than at other clinics. But the doctor was really great. He explained well the questions and concerns I had, and explained how my nose should be designed to suit my face and overall proportions. The manager was a bit pushy about the reservation deposit, and at other clinics, after the doctor’s consultation they usually summarize things and tell you directly about aftercare and AS, but here they didn’t. The doctor was kind and tailored things to my proportions, so he was one of the top three friendliest doctors at the clinics I’ve visited and I felt I could trust him, but the other staff being less friendly makes me hesitate a bit about going ahead with surgery.
