I've been treated by two female doctors. Dr. Kim Ja-young is very chatty. When I said I didn't see any effect from Botox, she just changed it to Nabota as a service. The other female doctor is quiet, but she seems to be very good at procedures. Thorough. There used to be a doctor at the Nampo branch of Rinovo Clinic who removed a mole terribly, and after seeing that, this female doctor has been providing scar treatment for free. The service seems good overall. The front desk staff are a bit disorganized. They also give all kinds of different answers about Botox prices. The website clearly says Nabota is 30% off, and I had already gotten Botox at the discounted price before, but at first they insisted that wasn't true. (It's still listed now) When I asked why I had gotten a discount last time and said to check, they kept insisting even while saying, well, what you're saying is right, but it's not supposed to be applied originally, so we'll apply it for you.. The price is different too depending on whether you ask by KakaoTalk or during consultation. ㅇㅅㅇ.. The doctors are good, but the manager and coordinators are pretty bad
