First of all, since I went to a clinic recommended by a doctor acquaintance, I felt a bit reassured and went in with expectations. The manager explained everything kindly, and the doctor explained things very calmly too. It didn’t seem particularly excessive either, and when I asked whether I should do something after another clinic had recommended it, they explained clearly why it wasn’t necessary and didn’t recommend unnecessary things. I think I saw the doctor for longer than at other clinics, and I was satisfied with that. Also, because it’s a one-doctor clinic, it definitely felt more private than a large hospital, which I really liked. It didn’t feel like a factory. But they recommended donor rib cartilage, and since it was my first surgery, the price came out much higher than I expected, so it went beyond my budget. I understand because it’s a one-doctor clinic and they provide that kind of private care, but the price made me hesitate. And after the consultation, the manager seemed like they wanted me to put down a reservation deposit
