I went in for nose surgery, and they didn’t give me a definite answer about my condition. Well, there’s no such thing as 100 percent, so I understand that. But when they were examining me, it felt like they had a clear standard for nose surgery, and that made me think they were honest. It wasn’t the kind of place that says everything will definitely turn out well, so oddly enough it made me trust them more. The manager felt a bit defensive, but again, there was no pressure, and I liked that there was no extra surgery recommendation based on the consultation with the director. I trusted that the roles were divided, with the director handling the medical consultation and the manager handling additional questions or costs. I’ve been to clinics where the manager diagnoses like a doctor, but it wasn’t like that here, which I liked.
