It was easier to get a booking than at other hospitals The director explained things really thoroughly. We talked for about 30 minutes? This was actually my first time at a plastic surgery clinic, so I didn't know much either, but they explained everything in detail. But the answers felt kind of avoidant? so I didn't feel certain as a first-time consult... They kept adding a lot of ifs to the questions, so they didn't give me a definite answer Of course, maybe that's because a lot of people later came back saying, why did it turn out like this if they had answered too definitively. Anyway, they still explained things really thoroughly
